Isabelle Parasram OBE will be contributing to the launch of Durham Energy Institute’s new Sustainable Energy Leadership Forum, taking part in a policy roundtable focused on the role of social value in the energy transition.
The forum brings together senior leaders from business, government and the third sector to explore the social, political and ethical dimensions of a just energy transition. This first event, hosted at Durham University Business School, will examine how social value can be more effectively embedded in energy policy and practice – with the roundtable helping to shape a future White Paper submission to Government.
As CEO of The Institute for Social Value, Isabelle will join the forum to support efforts to ensure that social value is a central consideration in energy leadership and policy development.
