Over the past few months, we’ve been laying the groundwork for a stronger, clearer and more connected volunteer programme at the Institute for Social Value.
Whether you’ve signed up to one of our Working Groups, expressed interest in taking on a leadership role, or are simply curious about how to get involved, our latest update is for you.
In this short video, I talk through what’s coming next – from the launch of new governance and training structures to how we’re bringing our volunteers closer to our strategy and decision-making through our Council and Thought Leadership Groups.
If you were at UKREiiF, this builds directly on what we shared during the Social Value Summit and responds to the brilliant feedback you offered in the room. But the work itself was already well underway – and it’s now reaching an exciting new stage.
