EGGS Project

StudEnts fight food and packaging waste throuGh entrepreneurial education and Game-baSed learning (EGGS) aims to educate students aged 11-15 on environmental issues.

Social Value UK is working with an international team comprising teachers and experts in food and packaging waste to develop an innovative educational model to educate students. This will be based on the development of an educational computer game (EGGS game).

The EGGS game will inform students on environmental issues, specifically the topics of food and packaging waste. The EGGS game will present students with tasks set in the kitchen, their school and the wider community, giving them the knowledge they need to create a positive impact through their choices and become agents of change by encouraging others to do the same.

More broadly, the EGGS project aims to promote entrepreneurial thinking, reduce Early School Leaving (ESL) and promote active citizenship.

EGGS is an Erasmus+ funded project.
