The BSI Guide to Understanding and Enhancing social value was published late last year.
Social Value UK and Social Value International had positions on the working group that has developed this guide. Social Value UK also worked with members to provide a response to the consultation on the first draft of the guide in late 2019.
SVUK is proud to have been a part of this, and we are very supportive of this publication. There are many interesting and useful definitions in the guide and a strong focus on wellbeing, a dire need in the times we find ourselves in. The report runs through a full list of stages to undertake social value data collection, and is applicable for a wide range of organisations.
