Other Social Value UK publications

We have plenty of other documents and publications which you can browse and download from our Social Value Library. A selection of the most useful is given below – just click on the titles to download them:

You can filter the resources in the library by topic. Try selecting the ‘Linkage Paper’ filter to find out how SROI compares with other approaches to measuring, reporting on and creating social value or impact?

Other resources, guidance and software

We have curated a list of tools and resources organised by each of the Social Value Principles. You can view the list here.

If you’re working on employment interventions, you might find the ‘UK Department for Work and Pensions Social Cost-Benefit Analysis Framework’ useful.

The DWP and HM Treasury produced a discussion report on Valuation Techniques for Social Cost-Benefit Analysis.

There is some good guidance on additionality produced by the Homes and Communities Agency which you can download here.

There are a number of software platforms that exist to help you measure and maximise your social value. View the directory here.
