Mandy Barnett

Mandy runs MB Associates which works with the cultural and caring sectors on change management and social value. She is a founder of the exchange network Make Culture Work and involved with developing Social Value methods in the cultural sector with national influence. She works with a team of talented associates, all of whom are committed to making sure a wider voice is heard. Mandy is an accredited SROI practitioner and MB Associates’ clients range from the Arts Council and Southbank Centre to Knowsley and Kent councils, with a growing focus on wellbeing. Mandy was a change consultant for the government for several years, has been head of exhibitions at the Commonwealth Institute and development director for old people’s services at Surrey CC. Mandy holds an MBA from London Business School.
